Avocado puree
Soft boiled Egg
Bread Toast
Chimichurri Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Make an avocado puree while you wait for the egg to be ready.
Step 2
While you prepare the egg, toast a bread slice.
Step 3
Brush your toast with Chimichurri sauce and add the avocado. Put the egg on top and cut it to let the yolk do its magic.
Step 4
Sprinkle some Chimichurri around for extra flavour
