Unfold and brush the pastry with Chimichurri Sauce

Cut the pastry into columns of 5cm wide approximately and add Cheese on top of half of them

Step 3

Put the other half of pastry on top and twist

Step 4

Pre-heat your oven and cook for 15 minutes or until they are golden-crispy
