This is our family recipe of the authentic northern argentine humita.

 

This vegan empanada is filled with a smooth sweetcorn puree, italian tomato paste, onion and delicately seasoned with basil and black pepper.

  • Set your fan oven to 200°C (220°C for no-fan ovens) and leave to pre-heat.

    Transfer your empanadas onto a tray removing all packaging and pop into oven. 

    Cook for 7 -10 minutes or until piping hot
